In days gone by, The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort was certified as an Excellent Place to Work in Central America in 2022, as voted by its employees.
“Great Place to Work” identifies the best workplaces in Latin America by surveying more than 1.5 million Latin American employees on key factors that create a great workplace for all, and then analyzing corporate workplace programs that impact more than 3 million employees in the region.

The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort currently employs more than 148 associates, from the front desk and housekeeping team to its executive leaders and corporate directors. In addition to having 118 rooms, it offers six restaurants, four bars, its Corotú Spa for wellness experiences, seven swimming pools and two jacuzzis, four small pools and eleven spaces for events.
In recent years, The Buenaventura Golf Club has also been recognized as The Best Golf Course in Panama by the World Golf Awards.
