Low density, proximity to the beach, and natural environment are three attributes that perfectly describe the new expansion area of Buenaventura Oeste, located to the north and west of Buenaventura bordering the Río Chico.
Continuing with the master plan presented a few years ago, the expansion of the Buenaventura community is an important part of the process and will add more residential units and more amenities, beach areas, and green areas for the entire community.
“We are looking at a predominantly for-sale lot project where people can build single-family homes. Additionally, there will be medium-density projects such as Paseo de las Casas and a project facing the sea with its own beach club open to the community is also part of the plan” expressed Diego Vallarino, CEO of Grupo VerdeAzul.
Residents are getting to know the area much better through Dunas, the temporary Beach Club that was set up for this summer and which has quickly become the meeting place for the entire community.
In the medium term, the development of green areas and recreation is expected with medium-density projects that will be announced over time.
