This establishment has carved out a space among guests and residents, not just for its extensive cocktail options but also for its exceptional service.
Yeyson Blandón, the mixologist and bar supervisor at Buenaventura, has crafted a new menu to delight diners. As he describes it, “inspired by tropical cocktails at the Caribbean level, classics with variations that add an original touch to the hotel’s main bar. Guests can embark on a unique experience through original flavors presented in distinctive glassware.”
This new menu includes seven new cocktails each inspired by a global classic but reinterpreted in the Yeyson style. The new cocktails are:
- Palapa Mule
- Paloma Morrón
- Martini Rosé
- Mangotin
- Palapa Thai
- Be careful with the flower
- Harpy Eagle
“The range of flavors is extensive and caters to all tastes. The proposal has been well-received by guests and residents alike. Among the top favorites are the Paloma Morrón, the Mangotin, and the Palapa Mule,” shared the mixologist.
The Paloma Morrón offers an interpretation of the traditional Mexican Paloma, featuring tequila and mezcal as its base. Mangotín is a vibrant and refreshing option, incorporating mango puree and liquor, making it ideal for enthusiasts of tropical fruits and refreshing cocktails. Meanwhile, the Palapa Mule brings a touch of Buenaventura to the classic Mule, delighting the palates of our community.
We invite you to savor the delights of the new Palapa menu!
