Work is expected to begin in June and includes widening the asphalt layer from six to nine meters.
On March 30 in the Ordinary Assembly, the street resurfacing project was approved in its first phase. The first phase will be on Calle Principal, from the roundabout at the service checkpoint to the roundabout with Calle Segunda, which includes widening the asphalt layer from 6 m to 9 m.
“This will allow us to make a necessary improvement, especially for good vehicle traffic and coexistence with pedestrians and cyclists who use the main roads to exercise or walk,” said Alejandro Rivera, Administrator of PH Buenaventura.
Work is expected to begin in the coming months.
