“The Woods is inspired by family and by the development of exclusive low-density projects that are located in the heart of Buenaventura where you can experience spaciousness and a feeling of privacy provided by the trees that surround the property.” This is how Lucas Zarak, Director of Equinox Pro, describes the essence of the project.
The 9 lots that make up the project are already for sale and all the infrastructure is currently being developed as well as the construction of access roads and sidewalks parallel to the river, a type of “Riverwalk”. We expect these works to be completed by the summer of 2023. Of the 9 lots, seven of them face the fairway of hole 4, while the other two face Rio Hato and the Marina.
“Harmony with nature is integral to our vision for The Woods. The land only allows for low density and, at the same time, offer different development options in each lot, as long as they comply with all the guidelines that Buenaventura requires,” stated the promoter.
For example, golf front lots allow buildings of up to 12 meters high, while those facing the river allow up to a maximum height of 15 meters. “The main objective of the permissible density in each lot seeks that the buildings are basically embedded within the forest, where the trees are between 25 and 30 meters high.”
The promoter of The Woods was involved in other developments within Buenaventura, such as Paseo del Mar, next to the Puntarenas Beach Club, a project that stands out for its exclusivity, architecture, and elegance.
