Mansa and The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort have curated menus, ensuring that residents and visitors can relish exceptional gastronomy during the holiday season.
CHRISTMAS
Mansa
As is tradition, the Mansa team presents various restaurant options and delivery options.
This Christmas, they’ve curated three special options, allowing groups to make reservations and relish a festive lunch or dinner brimming with the delightful flavors of the season.
The first option features baked smoked ham, banana sweets, congrí rice with ripe banana and pork rinds, mashed potatoes with roasted onion, and Pumpkin pie for dessert. The cost per person is $29 plus ITBMS.
The second option encompasses a succulent turkey baked with fine herbs, gravy, cranberry sauce, rice with pigeon peas and coconut, and an au gratin potato tartlet. For dessert, a rum punch tres leches and nougat. The cost per person is $36 plus ITBMS.
The menu for the third option features beef medallions in red wine sauce, lobster croquettes, shrimp and pumpkin gratin, herbed potatoes, and, for dessert, a rum punch, tres leches, and nougat. The cost per person is $48 plus ITBMS.
The minimum reservation is for six people and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Moreover, all options include a Christmas cocktail or a glass of prosecco.
For those opting for delivery, various choices are available, including:
Juicy herb-baked turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce (18-22 pounds). The cost is $190 + ITBMS
Roasted pork in its juice with white wine sauce (22 pounds). The cost is $240 + ITBMS
Baked smoked ham with guava sauce (£16). The cost is $165 + ITBMS
Baby back ribs with candela sauce (2 racks of ribs 5.5 pounds). The cost is $195 + ITBMS
Fresh salmon with tzatziki sauce (3 pounds). The cost is $140 + ITBMS
All these choices come with two side dishes and should be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort
Meanwhile, the hotel will host its festive event, “Christmas in Every Bite,” on the Al Fresco Terrace. This celebration features a buffet dinner, live music, and complimentary sparkling wine. The cost is $55 + ITBMS for adults and $25 + ITBMS for children aged 5 to 12.
NEW YEAR’S EVE
Mansa
Mansa’s New Year’s menu will offer diverse tastes and flavors. They will first feature several appetizers, including a Tame Salad with mesclun lettuce, red onion, cherry tomato, salmon chicharroncito, and imported orange. Additionally, there will be turkey wontons served with gravy, cranberry sauce, and a Mahi tiradito—a refreshing dish of fresh mahi-mahi tiradito with a smoky touch and citrus dressing.
For the main course, indulge in the Roasted Pernil in its Demi-glacé juice, complemented by a crown of gollería and a gratin tartlet of truffled papin. Alternatively, savor the Tuna Tataki, featuring fresh tuna from our Marina and wild rice with banana and tempurized avocado. Conclude this exquisite meal with a decadent Cuatro Leches dessert infused with rum punch and accompanied by Alicante nougat.

Meanwhile, the hotel will host its New Year’s celebration titled “Let’s Celebrate the Year Together” on the Al Fresco Terrace. The event features a lavish buffet dinner, live music, complimentary sparkling wine, and a spectacular fireworks display. The cost is $75 + ITBMS for adults and $35 + ITBMS for children between 5 and 12 years old.
