After the summer season, the properties require certain maintenance work to avoid future problems and expenses in repairs that could have been avoided by implementing an adequate inspection and care plan.

In this time of change of season and weather, the Property Management team is focused on three services:

– Leak repair: carefully reviewing all properties to identify and repair any leaks that may cause problems during the rainy season.

– Fumigations: in all the properties to avoid the proliferation of insects and other animals that may be attracted by humidity.

– Duct and pipe cleaning: cleaning and checking the ducts and pipes of all properties to make sure they are working properly and avoid any blockages that could cause problems.

Finally, the manager commented that “We have a team of more than 15 professionals who aim to provide the owner peace and tranquility because we know that any maintenance detail can become a real headache in the medium or short term”.
