New projects, new opportunities.

Grupo VerdeAzul presented two new real estate developments in Buenaventura: Península Sur and Riverside.

After the commercial success of the housing projects in Buenaventura such as Marina Village, Velamar, and Fairways, Grupo VerdeAzul launched two new projects: Riverside and Península Sur.

These developments will be built in lots of optimized footage and with characteristics designed by the best architectural firms in the country.

Riverside

The project consists of 21 individual lots between 1,100 to 1,600m2, conveniently located near the Sports Club, the Marina, the main entrance of the project, the beach, and Puntarena. Peninsula Sur

After the successful first phase of Peninsula, this second phase includes 15 new single-family homes of 527 m2 each, located between holes 5 and 6 of the golf course and a few steps away from The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort and many other amenities.
