With this in mind, Tai Kai has recently introduced its new lunch menu. Gustavo Borja, Director of Food and Beverages at The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort, notes, “This lunch was born out of the need we identified in residents and visitors for a fresh and natural option for daytime dining.”
Capitalizing on Tai Kai’s excellent positioning and gastronomic offerings, the menu features Japanese-inspired options such as Poke Bowls, rolls, or tiraditos—healthy and refreshing choices for diners.
“Additionally, we offer some more elaborate preparations with Panamanian nuances, like the lobster tail ramen with coconut, a locally inspired creation that we anticipate will be highly sought after due to its unique flavors,” Borja added.
Tai Kai aims to provide a distinctive experience that will soon establish itself as one of the premier lunch choices in Buenaventura.
