Riverside: New lots and houses arrive in Buenaventura

Strategically located and close to its main amenities, this 21-lot project offers an interesting proposal that will allow you to be part of a beach community at an affordable price.

Projects with lots for development following Buenaventura’s architectural guidelines or with designs created by some of the best architecture offices in the country have been a complete success. 

Fairways was the first of them after the sale of the entire first stage and much of the second. In this context, we now present a new project: Riverside.

The project consists of 21 individual lots from 951 to 1,499 M2, conveniently located near the Sports Club, the Marina, the main entrance of the project, the beach, and Puntarena. The architecture was designed by Cambefort & Boza, one of the most recognized firms in the country.

“The traditional and modern come together in this design. Certain materials allow us to play with this concept. The most important thing is the versatility of the design compared to the terrain”, said Diego Cambefort, architect of the firm.

Cambefort highlights the importance of the terrain and the environment when it comes to shaping the design. “A property is not only the house but also the surroundings and the land itself. Our concept seeks to integrate the interaction between the interior and the exterior”.

The Riverside lots are in an area that incorporates a new natural space, the river, with high vegetation and green areas that will create a new environment within Buenaventura.

Cambefort & Boza is one of the firms with the greatest history in the country. Their designs always stand out for being avant-garde while respecting the environment where they are built, and this was no exception.

“The vision that we adopted is quite modern without separating it from the current product that Buenaventura offers, but the volume and the look are quite modern,” pointed out the architect.
